properly licensed by the Georgia Public Service Commission to use such service observing

Policy on Third Party Legal Process
It is Web.com's policy to respond with reasonable promptness to subpoenas and other
legal process served on Web.com or its subsidiaries that seek information, documents
or other business records. Third parties wishing to serve such process on Web.com
may do so in writing to Web.com Group, Inc., ATTN: Legal Department, 12808 Gran Bay Parkway
West, Jacksonville, FL 32258 or facsimile to (404) 260-2773. Web.com will evaluate
each such request based upon the applicable law and facts. An administrative fee
of $75 will be charged for each request to cover Web.com's fees and expenses in
responding to the request. Web.com may require the requesting party to pay the applicable
hourly rate for requests that require significant engineering or technical support.
Web.com may also charge additional amounts for requests that require substantial
photocopying, third party charges or other expenses.
Web.com expressly reserves any rights under applicable law in connection with its
receipt, evaluation and any response to, any third party requests or legal process.
Vendors
Purchase orders issued by Web.com to vendors incorporate by reference the Web.com
Purchase Order Terms and Conditions.
Patents
Web.com is the owner of numerous U.S. patents and certain Web.com products and processes
may be covered by one or more of the patents listed here.
